Tom and Sara, who met in 2015 and married in 2017, founded Top Option Plumbing on a vision they shared from the start of their relationship. Tom worked for years at both successful and struggling companies, learning what to do and what to avoid, while the couple carefully built and refined their game plan. They renovated a 100-year-old Caldwell farmhouse before moving to a larger Caldwell home, where they're raising three sons. As born-again Christians who attend Ten Mile Christian Church, they welcome people from all walks of life, hire for honesty and integrity, and hope their work honors God.
